| Terms ... if you could call them that! |
I try to keep this all as simple and flexible as possible. Clients are not required to sign a contract to work with me, however I encourage you to commit yourself (to yourself) to stick with it for at least three months. Coaching is a relationship. As you know, relationships (particularly good ones) develop and grow to become more meaningful over time.
You can stop anytime you wish, and I will refund you for any session from which you feel you did not receive value.
The length of a coaching session may range from about 30 minutes, to an hour or so. Moving forward is more important than watching the clock! It takes as long as it takes - I always allow for whatever time may be needed. The focus is on you and completely covering what is important to you.
The first formal session will probably be longer than any other; it could take two or three hours. Completing the preliminary process and beginning your journey towards the person you desire to be is worth the extra time. Due to time constraints, if preferable, this process could be split into a couple of shorter sessions.
After this intake session, we would usually agree on a convenient time and day to "meet" weekly. In between sessions, we may communicate by email whenever necessary to keep the momentum going. |

Fees
Coaching is an investment you can make in your most valuable asset: Yourself! |
There are no hard and fast rules with me, but to give you a good feel for the budget required, here are the "standard" fees.
I split coaching into two main categories: Personal and Business. There are times when coaching will straddle these categories - for example, in the case of people who are in business for themselves; where it is difficult to separate their personal and business lives.
Personal Coaching: Personal on-on-one coaching fees start at $500 for 4 sessions. These will usually last a month, although sometimes they may be spread over a longer (or shorter) period. There are also group programs and teleseminars available at a reduced cost, although these are naturally not as individually powerful as a directed one-on-one session.
Business Coaching: These fees start at $600 per month and could be as high as $1200. The exact amount will depend upon the specific circumstances and the amount of involvement required. Generally, business coaching demands a greater time commitment, so this is reflected in the higher monthly fee.
