I have been designing websites and web-based multimedia products since before most people even realized the Internet existed. The ever changing design and communication technologies continually inspire me and my work to stay fresh and up-to date.

The one thing that distinguishes me from most other digital/multimedia developers is my focus on top quality customer service and communication. Not only that, because I operate as a one-man-band, my rates are below those of many of the better known and larger design firms. Another advantage is that you always get to communicate with me directly. There is no customer "service" person who doesn't understand what is going on.

Yet another difference that a lot of people have found helpful... I have a strong business background. Many times my "consulting" ideas and understanding of online marketing and business have helped make the difference between an "OK" project and a phenomonal one.

The emerging opportunities for the small to medium business to compete in an open market where size doesn't matter are truly amazing nowadays. Being Wishlist Member Certified (Membership sites), and having been through Alex Mandossian's Teleseminar Secrets and Podcast Secrets courses (with Paul Colligan), and worked through material from the online marketing experts - like John Carlton, Yanik Silver, Dan Kennedy, Andy Jenkins, Jack Canfield, and many others; I have an understanding of what it takes to sell (or attract clients and customers online). Indeed, many of the insights from these sources went into the development of my own successful Happiness Minute innovation that now includes audio postcards, a book, CD, iTunes album, and video.
